The spine is a masterpiece of design and function. Containing over one hundred joints plus associated muscles and ligaments, the spine allows incredible movement and stability, strong support and flowing flexibility.

And yet most of what we hear and say about the spine is bad news: it’s stiff, tight, sore, inflexible, herniated disc. Much of our approach to spine health is about controlling and containing rather than really understanding and enhancing its healthy, dynamic movement.
